The creator of Conscious Recreation™. Build from who you've become. Design a life, business and level of freedom that reflects what's next.
The woman you've become is asking for more freedom, more capacity, and a different way of leading. My work is designed to help you consciously create what comes next and build a life, business, and future that reflects it.
Since 2024, my clients have generated over in organic income revenue.
Behind every one of those numbers was a founder evolving into the next version of herself. Over the last decade, I've had the privilege of supporting women as they launch companies, write books, scale movements, grow audiences, and create extraordinary results. Yet what has fascinated me most was never the revenue itself. It was witnessing the moment a woman stopped operating from who she had been and started leading from who she was becoming. Because long-term growth rarely comes from better strategies alone. It comes from expanded capacity, stronger self-trust, and a willingness to evolve alongside the vision you're building.
Eventually every founder arrives at a point where more information stops being the answer. The challenge is no longer building the business. It's becoming the leader capable of sustaining and expanding what you've created. Whether you're stepping into greater visibility, influence, revenue, or personal reinvention, my work is designed to help you consciously create what comes next so your business, life, and leadership evolve together.
They're women who have already built something meaningful. The business exists. The revenue exists. The experience exists. From the outside, everything looks successful. But internally, something has shifted.
They've expanded.
Their vision has expanded.
Their standards have expanded.
Their capacity has expanded.
And the life, business, and structures that once supported them no longer fit the woman they've become. The business still works. The opportunities are still there. The results are still coming. Yet what once felt exciting now feels heavier, slower, and more dependent on them than it should. Not because anything is broken, but because they've reached the point where success is no longer the goal. FREEDOM is. And if you've ever felt that tension, you're not alone. It's the space between who you've been and who you're becoming. The space where your next chapter is asking for a different level of leadership, a different relationship with yourself, and a different way of creating success. The space where old identities, old habits, and old ways of operating can no longer carry the vision you're being called to lead. The women who thrive in this season stop trying to optimize the chapter they're meant to outgrow. They stop negotiating with what they already know. They stop trying to force expansion through strategies that were designed for a version of themselves they've already surpassed.
Because eventually every founder discovers the same truth:
The woman who created this chapter isn't always the woman meant to lead the next one.
I remember when I first quit my job. I had no backup plan, no safety net waiting to catch me, but I knew with absolute certainty that the life I was building had to be bigger than the one I was living and that conviction was strong enough that I didn’t hesitate.
...two weeks in (yes, two whole weeks), reality set in quickly.
Building something of your own requires far more than ambition. It requires resilience, self-trust, courage, and the willingness to keep moving even when the outcome hasn't caught up to the vision yet.
Four months later, I had my first $30k month. But what mattered more than the money was what it taught me. The revenue was simply evidence of a deeper transformation that had already begun. I learned that every meaningful expansion in life asks us to become someone new first. The business grows. The opportunities grow. The results grow. But only to the extent that we're willing to grow alongside them.
Over the years, that lesson expanded into multiple businesses, communities, retreats, and rooms where founders gather to consciously create what comes next. And while the businesses have evolved, the principle has remained the same: every new reality requires a new version of you.
Because here's what I've learned...
Most women think expansion happens when the result arrives.
The women who create extraordinary lives know expansion begins the moment they decide who they're becoming.
I help founders consciously create the next chapter of their leadership, life, and business.
Together, we identify what's no longer aligned and redesign the foundations beneath your success so your next chapter can evolve without burning down everything you've worked to build. Because if you're here, something already works. The revenue exists. The clients exist. The momentum exists. But deep down, you know it. The woman who created this chapter can see the next one, and she knows it requires something different.
And when that moment arrives, the answer isn't to work harder. It's to become more conscious. To evolve the structures, standards, and patterns shaping your reality without destabilizing the success you've already created. Because the next level requires more than strategy. It requires self-trust. It requires expanded capacity. It requires the courage to stop negotiating with what you already know.
And you are the only one who can decide when it's time to evolve. You are the only one who can become the woman your next chapter is asking for. Because every new reality requires a new version of you. So the real question is...
